Platinum Alliance is both a job board provider and a recruiter.  We understand that this may cause some degree of concern amongst advertisers about potential conflicts of interest as well as concerns over privacy in regards to candidates applying for your advertised jobs.

Consequently, and in addition to our standard privacy policy obligations detailed elsewhere on this site, we make the following commitments:

• We will maintain clear delineation between our dealings with you as an advertiser client and our own role as a recruiter
• Our internal recruitment team will never access details of those individuals who have applied for positions advertised with other recruiters or direct employers
• Any technical issues or problems that relate to any advertised jobs and applications for these that require further investigation will be dealt with by our technical and managerial team

Platinum Alliance exists to provide a service to the broader EA and PA community and their employers.  Maintaining user confidence and trust in our privacy policies is of utmost importance to us as without it we will ultimately fail our community.
